The R.A.I.N. Program

The R.A.I.N. Program offers a comprehensive Recruiting Guide for finance, an optional structured Mentorship Component on a Bring-Your-Own-Mentor (BYOM) basis, and a series of Engagement programming including conference calls with industry professionals. 

All for Free. 

  • Course Component

    A comprehensive recruiting guide tailored to international students or recent immigrants seeking to jump-start their career in finance

  • Mentorship Component

    Program participants can work with a mentor who will provide advice on resume, interviews, and general Q&A (Limited Availability)

  • Engagement Programming

    Various engagement activities (including conference calls and networking events) are offered throughout the year
